Harbour Place T7
Date: 2020, Area: 590 sq.ft., Category: Residential
The initial design process takes account of the form and style of client’s original furniture, which are to be integrated into their new apartment. The main colour palette of the whole house is fashioned in white, which is as refreshing and clean as the first snow, and it is matched with warm wood to create an elegant and simple temperament.
The full-height cabinet next to the foyer has a glass cabinet area which is specially reserved for the male owner to place exquisite wine glasses for wine tasting and hospitality, satisfying as the designer puts it "Bromance". The living room is equipped with a piano full-body cabinet, which can maximise storage space while maintaining elegance.
In addition to refurbishing the original structure of the kitchen, a folding table is also added to add more countertop space to the narrow kitchen.
The master bedroom has an hidden dressing table with mirror. The front of the table is specially reserved for the female owner to place small objects, so that the table can be easily opened. One side of the bed is against the wall, and the designer has added a wooden board to block the moisture from sleeping beside the bed.
